5.1. The prices of the items indicated on the website or by email are given without obligation and are subject to change in the event of a product update. The prices indicated, expressed in euros HT (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the C.G.I.), are those in force at the time of the order. If, for any reason whatsoever, an incorrect price is indicated to the customer when ordering, only the current price will prevail; in this case, the customer will have the option to cancel their order. Only the prices indicated on the “Shipping” page include shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the painting.
5.2. Once the order has been accepted by Marie Amédro (cf. 6.3.),
6.1. The order from the website is only valid for billing and delivery addresses located in the countries indicated on the order form.
6.2. Marie Amédro sends a confirmation email to the Customer immediately after entering the order. This confirmation includes the name of the painting ordered, the specifications of the order, its total amount, the billing and delivery addresses.
6.3. The order is accepted by Marie Amédro when it has been confirmed by the Customer on the website and the payment has been validated by Marie Amédro.
Marie Amédro reserves the right to return a payment and therefore not to accept an order for any reason whatsoever.
The Customer will be informed by email - sent to the email address of the paypal account used during payment - within seven working days of the order. The non-execution or partial execution of an order will not entitle you to any compensation. In such a case, no payment will be collected by Marie Amédro.
8. Payment conditions
8.1. Payment is made in full at the time of order, in cash, without discount and at the price excluding tax in euros only.

8.3. Bank charges related to payment by using this means of payment are the responsibility of the Customer.
9. Payment collections
9.1. The debit on the Customer's bank card will be made in euros at the time of the order.

10. Rights to the work and intellectual property

The photos of paintings, texts, videos, graphics, logos contained on this site are the exclusive property of the painter Marie Amédro and constitute works of the mind protected by articles L.111-1 and according to the code of the intellectual property.

Without prior written request, the public distribution of a reproduction or copy of paintings (via blogs, Facebook, or other web community platforms) is liable to legal action. Mention of the name of Marie Amédro is not sufficient to authorize distribution or publication.

11.1. Marie Amédro undertakes, in the event of acceptance of an order, to send the painting chosen by the Customer within a maximum of two weeks. My paintings on paper are sent with tracking via Post Office and paintings on canvas or wooden panel ship with UPS or Post Office, depending of your country.
12. Transfer of ownership
The seller retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the amount of the order. However, upon delivery, the risk of loss or deterioration is transferred to the buyer.
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs .
The Customer benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of nonconformity of a product sold, it can be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. 16.1. In the absence of an explicit written authorization issued by Marie Amédro, Marie Amédro incurs no responsibility, either vis-à-vis its Customers or any third party whatsoever, for the distribution of the products appearing in its catalog.
16.2. Marie Amédro cannot be held responsible for repairing direct or indirect damage, whatever its nature, resulting from the use of the products.
16.3. In the absence of an explicit and written authorization issued by Marie Amédro, the Customer is prohibited from reselling the products sold by Marie Amédro. Under the same conditions, he refrains from reproducing in any way whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, in particular digital, the visuals or images sold on the Marie Amédro site.
16.4. Any order placed by a Customer is for his personal use or for the personal use of the person on whose behalf the delivery must be made. In the latter case, the Customer guarantees the personal acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the recipient of the delivery.
17. Force majeure
Are considered as force majeure which release Marie Amédro from any obligation to honor a Customer's order, strikes, civil or foreign war, riots, acts of terrorism, total or partial destruction of premises or other , disruptions in transport, supply difficulties, customs measures of any kind or origin whatsoever, or any other fortuitous event which prevent or delay fully or partially the performance of Marie Amédro's obligations.
18.1. The conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties agree before any legal action to seek an amicable solution.
18.2. In the event of a dispute, the Lille Tribunal de Grande Instance has sole jurisdiction.
